Cyber Heabsy is a low-refusal chat model from Heabsy AI, a Slovakia-based inference provider. It is a fine-tune of an unnamed open-weight mixture-of-experts model, with a 1,048,576-token context window and an optional reasoning mode.

Heabsy positions it for security research, red-team practice, roleplay and creative writing, and agents that need tool calling. In its own tests, 99.6% of tool calls parsed correctly, compared with 88.0% for a standard refusal-removed version of the same base, and 1 of 250 safe XSTest prompts was refused. These results are vendor-reported and not independently verified.
